Great numbers there. I’d be on Verizon if my first priority was speed and access here in the U.S. And I’d be on Ting.com (which runs on Sprint’s network) if my first priority was customer support. Alas, I travel outside the country nearly every month, and only TMobile provides toll-free data everywhere. That’s the deal maker for me.

As for OTA (over the air) TV, there are two stations here in Santa Barbara: KEYT and KPMR, plus a passel of applications and construction permits for lesser entities, mostly from religious broadcasters. Meanwhile, the FCC is incentivizing the OTA stations to auction off their channels and go on less desirable ones or off the air. It’ll be interesting to see how that goes.
